i want to buy GSA ser but i am a bit confused, during the checkout they don't mention weather the subscription or license is for lifetime or for a period

They still work, but mostly for tiered link building now. Using automated tools directly on the money site is risky. Most people push those links to Tier-2 or Tier-3 buffers instead.

Alternatively you can run them on a second hand pc which meets the required specifications memory, cpu, disk capacity.

You don't need GSA Content Generator to generate content, or any other content generator. Since we're in the AI era, we can ask AI to create high-quality data packs for free. Omegle Indexer is not worth the money. Instead, just run a two-tier link building campaign.
Don't spend money on Money Robot. It has some decent root domains that can be indexed, but compared to the price, it's not worth it. Honestly though, these days it's better than Ranker X.

most list services will come with a guide for best practices and even some project templates. as you are new to the software you will need a list service to start you off, so win-win

If that were true, we'd just be spamming GSA to our competitors' sites and watching them tank. I do suspect that after 10+ years on the market it has become very easy for Google et al to recognise the platforms GSA submits to, which is one of the reasons those platforms are mostly dead.

Yes, they still work but mostly for tier links, not for direct ranking anymore.
