Best Way to Warm Up a New Instagram Account?

First week I’d keep it very normal and slow. Set up the profile fully, watch content, like a few posts, follow a small number of accounts, maybe post 1–2 videos. Don’t spam follows, DMs, or comments early. I’d focus more on making the account look like a real person using Instagram naturally rather than trying to force growth immediately.

I would start with profile setup, normal browsing, and light engagement. Avoid mass following, repeated comments, DMs, or switching devices/IPs too much in the first days. Make it look like a real account first, not a marketing account from day one. Just like you would normally do, IG doesn't ban people without reason.

Only use the official mobile app on a clean, residential connection or mobile data for the first 14 days. Avoid any desktop logins or automation tools early on.

To warm it up, just focus on posting a few times a day and interacting with other accounts, like, a moderate amount of likes and comments, nothing crazy. Don't go overboard with actions in the beginning, it's better to be slow and steady

Don't rush. When you first sign up, browse through short videos (reels), like, and interact. Use the account gradually for about two weeks.

keep and maintain personal interaction, post consistently, and don't bombard your audience.
