So we are 3 mates going next week thailand for 1 week,

Let me know what should we explore and what to avoid since we all 3 big time alcoholics

explore all the places like spa, beach , foods, bar.

Go meet other entrepreneurs and IM guys instead of drinking

honestly since you guys are just looking to get hammered and smoke for a week straight, keep it super simple so you don't waste time travelling. just base yourselves in either pattaya or phuket. pattaya is way cheaper and literally built for 24/7 drinking, it is just a quick cab from bangkok. phuket is better if you want actual beaches mixed with the crazy bar scene on bangla road.

for the weed just stick to the plan with budshousebkk. the moment you guys land and get to your hotel, just hit them up on the LINE app. they do cash on delivery and will drop it right at your hotel lobby in like an hour. it totally saves you from the crazy tourist markups at the physical dispensaries on the street and you skip the whole medical consultation hassle. plus their stuff is super cheap.

then just buy your beers from 7-eleven to pregame (just remember they only sell booze from 11am-2pm and 5pm-midnight), get a bolt or grab taxi to the bar streets, and just bounce around. just remember don't rent scooters while you're smashed and keep the smoking to your hotel balcony so the cops don't bother you. you guys will have a sick time.

I was never there but all I heard it's like a tourist trap for expensive sex with old hookers and beaches crowded. I think there are nicer places in the world.

Stay at Phi phi Island
You can enjoy all night beach parties, you can take a tour from phi phi to visit maya bay and other close by places
I prefer islands in Thailand, rather than big cities for enjoyment. Way too many people and expensive for no good reason
Thailand is famous for massages, weed and parties
Beware of hookers, don't blindly trust
