Where to promote AI products?

I think it works better if you target the industry the AI tool is made for. People in that niche understand the value faster.

Primary target: Industries in need of solutions

Secondary target: Individuals interested in AI.

I usually target the industry directly, like accounting or learning, because people there are more likely to buy than just general AI enthusiasts.

From what I’ve seen, it usually works better to think in terms of “problem audience” rather than “AI audience.” So instead of targeting people interested in AI itself, I’d go after the groups that already feel the pain point your AI product solves (like students for learning tools, or accountants for automation tools).

AI interest alone doesn’t always convert well unless the product is very novelty-driven.

I think it Depends on your goal target the industry if your AI solves a specific problem, or target AI enthusiasts for broader awareness. I usually test both to see which converts better.

Has anyone has experience promoting AI products? Do you target the industry they are looking to affect - like say accounting or learning - or do you try and just focus on advertising to the people interested in / looking at AI?

Any tips or advice would be golden.
Don’t market it as AI. Market the outcome.

Most people don’t care about AI itself anymore. They care about saving time, making money, automating boring stuff

Google Search worked best for me for high intent traffic
TikTok was good for cheap reach if the demo looked cool in first 3 seconds.

And avoid generic AI assistant positioning. That market is insanely saturated now

I am curious too some campaigns target industry users, others target AI followers. Would love to hear what worked for others.

Depending on your chosen field, there will be a program suitable for that platform.
