How can I secure my adsense accounts?

I want to buy 5 adsense accounts because I want to scale up on one of my projects. What's the best way to secure these accounts without the owner taking them back at the end of the month? Will changing the emails/names be enough or is there a specific way to transfer ownership?

There is a big chance that the original owner of the Gmail (Adsense) account recovers it back if the goal of the seller is to cheat people, as they can use the Android phone and the old data to claim that the Gmail account was hacked.

I want to know if I will buy an AdSense account with a pin verified and change the payment information of this AdSense account to receive the transfer from Google to my Bank. does the transfer to my bank account come with the name of the original owner?
Please I need to know It is important to me because my bank will not allow the transfer to pass if the name is not mine.

You just need full access to gmail attached with that adsense. He cannot get it back.
 
I always follow google's policies and avoid risky traffic sources. that helps keep the account safe.
 
Never click your own ads or ask friends to do it. that can get the account banned.

Honestly buying AdSense accounts is super risky since Google can ban them later anyway if they detect ownership changes or weird activity. Even if you change the email, the original owner could still recover the Google account if they have old recovery info. Safer move is probably building legit accounts yourself because getting nuked after scaling sounds painful.

At minimum - change recovery email, recovery phone, enable your own 2FA, remove all old admin access, and move payment/bank details if possible
