Just shipped another small B2B tool over the weekend using Lovable + Supabase. (DO NOT EVER USE LOVABLE CLOUD)

Took me about 14 hours total from idea to live with Stripe billing and Resend emails set up. Nothing fancy, it solves one specific compliance headache for a UK trades niche. Launched it to a list of 180-odd businesses I already had access to.

First month MRR: £612.

Not life-changing, but it’s the third one I’ve put live in the last four months. Combined portfolio is now sitting at £1,840 MRR and growing steadily with almost zero ongoing work.

The whole thing was built by prompting Lovable like a very patient junior dev, then cleaning up the rough edges myself. No custom backend beyond Supabase, no complex auth flows, no over-engineering.

I used to overthink every line of code. Now I ship ugly first versions and fix what actually matters once real users kick the tyres.

Happy to answer questions on the workflow if anyone’s trying the same approach.

That is actually very impressive

14 hours! lol i'd be far to paranoid to ship anything that has payment details in that amount of time! How many tests and how much code coverage do you have?

That's awesome man, keep it up. So do I, build some saas' usin free claude for automation, I can say the result not to bad. Standing at least ~$400 a month

This is how it's done. Having access to that list of 180 niche businesses was the real cheat code here. Did you just cold email them with a Loom video, or did you already have a relationship with them through another project? Building the tech is easy now with AI, but getting the first 10 paying users in a weekend is the real win.

Well, i think it is an impressive amount for just the first month, i am sure it will continue growing!

Where can we check your portfolio? Thanks in advance.

Nice work and keep it up, that’s really where most people get stuck which is shipping consistently.

Once youve done it a handful of times its easy. Just add Stripe API keys securely in env files, add security measures, no footprints of special keys anywhere in the chat box etc.

I do test often and scan the site to ensure everything works before shipping and adding domain to the site.

What do you mean by code coverage?

$400 a month is great, how do you build your SaaS?

Created Loom video, used that as attachment in email to show visual reference to how the tool works. I don't describe the technical parts of the tool, just how it benefits them and makes them money.

I don't reveal the profitable SaaS portfolio, theyre very obscure niches so its low hanging fruit sort of money haha. Adding competition to it is a death sentence.

Yep I agree

Well, I have to tell you that you’re an inspiration, because I’m actually doing the same thing but with Cursor, and I had doubts about whether it was really viable. Thanks for giving me motivation, brother. Wishing you a lot of success.

It works 1000%, vibe coding is honestly the easiest way to make some big money now.

Lovable made their SEO even better now so every new launch is optimised for SEO, indexed, and all the on site technicality is done for you so things like internal linking, meta data etc is done
