I've had this account for 6 years.
ID verified, registered business, taxes up to date, 2 strong business bank accounts linked.
Then, without any warning, I just woke up to an email that says my account is disabled.
Im shocked, because it feels so unfair.
My current businesses do not depend on PayPal, its the business that I'm currently setting up, that haven't started as yet, that would have benefited from having PayPal.
So losing this PP feels like a loss for me.
*In the past 6 years, I have only had 5 transactions. Only 5 honest transactions!
The last transaction was 3 months ago.
Never had a dispute.
Never had any restrictions.
I have this as a payment option, but people don't use it.
Here's what they had to say,
"Why is this happening?
After a review, we found unusual activity on this account that we can't support."
And they took 3 months (after the last transaction) to decide that???
Here's what I'm really worried about...
Although my Business PayPal will be very useful for the new business im starting, it's my personal account that's more important to me.
Based on your experience and knowledge, if i were to call PayPal to discuss why this action was taken against my Business account, would that put my Personal Account under their radar, which could risk the Personal account getting disabled as well?
Based on what they said (email attached), do i stand any chance of getting it back, or are these decisions final?
Would trying to get it back put my Personal Account at risk?
Should I just leave it and move on?
