Can't buy land in Thailand.
Foreigners are prohibited from directly owning land. However, you can legally navigate this by utilizing longterm leases (30+ years).
You can also register property in Thai spouses name or purchasing through a Thai majority company or buying a condo.

Also Philippines, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia, Maldives can't buy land in these countries unless you're a citizen.

Let me correct this according to the latest rules & regulations. You can buy land with 100% foreign ownership in the Philippines & Indonesia same as Thailand, GCC countries & india

Any of the top 3 West African countries, I'm assuming you're not from that region. The only issue you might face rn would be insecurity and corruption. But with the right contacts, you'll get a very good deal for residential property.
