onlyfans has sensitive content, I think very few countries can accept this app advertisement

Asian / American models are more advantageous to promote in that they get more engagement but I've had very good results with european models as well so saying european models don't get as much traction as other models is not true. Especially on tiktok

For Tiktok ads, us,uk canada, and australia usually convert best. Europe works too, but CPMs can be higher. Asian countries get traffic but lower conversions for OF.
I have been wondering about this too. I tried running a few TikTok campaigns for models from Europe, but the results were inconsistent, so I am curious which regions actually perform best for OF promotions.

Tier1 english speaking countries usually give the best ROI for adult , OF promo. Europe can work if you localize, while Asia is cheaper but often low converting.

If your models are European, try Germany, France, and the UK good balance between CPM and conversion rates. Avoid strict regions like SEA; ad approval can be tricky there.

From my testing, Tier 1 countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia convert best, but they’re also expensive. Eastern Europe gives cheaper clicks
