You will not be raw-dogging the internet or burning accounts. We provide a completely warm, ready-to-rock environment:
Fully Configured Environment: Each VA gets 1 Dedicated Anti-Detect Browser Profile with its own distinct 4G/Residential Proxy (Gold Organ/Fingerprint setup).
You must know how to handle anti-detect environments (Go-Login) without leaking footprints.
Warmed Accounts: Each profile is pre-loaded with a dedicated Gmail, a seasoned Gumtree account, a Facebook account, and an Instagram account.
Management Support: You will have a dedicated manager to oversee operations, troubleshoot, and keep assets active.
Your Daily Responsibilities (Multi-Brand Scope)
You will be managing operations across multiple business niches out of your dedicated profile. Your daily workflow includes:
Gumtree Lead Generation: Posting high-intent, 50% off "half-price regeneration" listings designed as aggressive lead magnets to capture data and inbound inquiries.
Facebook Infiltration & Growth: Sneaking into hyper-targeted FB groups, posting high-converting items, dropping localized lead magnets, dropping job offers, and driving inbound sales traffic.
Instagram Management: Maintaining and executing daily activity on the profile's dedicated IG account to support the funnel.
Data Flow: Funneling all leads cleanly to our backend.
Compensation & Astronomical Bonus Structure
We pay a solid base, but we reward killers who drive volume.
Base Salary: $2.50 USD per hour.
Uncapped Commissions: $5.00/$20.00 USD cash bonus for every single conversion/sale you pull through your funnel (Easily done)
Earning Potential: The average realistic daily take-home ranges from $15.00 to $160.00+ USD per day, entirely dependent on your speed, execution, and work ethic.
Requirements
Flawless understanding of Anti-Detect Browsers (AdsPower, Multilogin, Dolphin{anty}, etc.) and proxy management. If you don't know what a fingerprint leak is, do not apply.
Experience in Facebook Group scraping/posting and bypassing marketplace/group bans.
Impeccable English written communication for closing leads over chat.
High energy and reliability.
