I’ve been doing some research on dropshipping and wholesale suppliers lately and noticed there are many options available online. However, it’s sometimes difficult to know which suppliers are actually reliable.


For those who already have experience working with suppliers, what are the main things you usually check before deciding to work with them?


For example, do you focus more on product quality, shipping speed, communication, or pricing?


I’d appreciate hearing how more experienced members here evaluate suppliers before starting a longterm partnership.

Many people start by choosing automation tools such as AliExpress, ZenDrop, CJ Dropshipping, etc. As their business scale expands, they will find that without 24-hour communication, the delay in shipping, inability to synchronize orders, and the discrepancy between the actual products and the product descriptions on the website lead to a large number of complaints. Therefore, many people will look for private agents in China, who usually ask in Facebook groups.

However, as a private agent, I can honestly tell you that this market is mixed with good and bad. To choose a suitable agent, you should look at what they do, not just what they say.
