You can use tools like ShareThis to generate follow buttons for multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Reddit. Just install script + place code where you want.

I had same issue, instead of plugins I just added simple social follow buttons manually in header or sidebar. Works better and you can link directly to your profiles without extra load.

how u got linkedin follow button

In my opinion, If standard plugins aren't giving you the results you want, the most effective method is to use a floating action button (FAB) or a sticky sidebar that stays visible as the user scrolls. You can also manually embed a "Follow" button from platforms like LinkedIn or X using their official developer widgets, which often carry more trust and higher conversion rates than generic third-party plugins

Just use simple CTA links or buttons “Follow me on LinkedIn/Reddit” with icons.

Most people won’t use fancy widgets anyway.

Place it where it matters (end of post, sidebar).

This is one of the very common issue, there is no perfect one click follow button for linkedin and reddit like email subscribe.

The only way I know is to simply add FOLLOW ME buttons and link them to you profile by using a plugin.

You can use the ShareThis plugin, it integrates with most popular social media platforms today.

There’s no single universal “follow” button—so use what people already trust.
Best option: Add an email subscribe form using Mailchimp or ConvertKit.
Quick follow feel: Enable push notifications with OneSignal.
Extra reach: Add social follow buttons (like Instagram).

Stop looking for fancy plugins because they just slow down your site with extra junk code. Just grab some free SVG icons from FontAwesome or Flaticon and link them directly to your profile URLs. It’s way cleaner and you won't have to deal with plugins breaking every time WordPress updates.

it not much attrative

Use ShareThis to quickly add multi-platform follow buttons, including LinkedIn and Reddit. Just drop in their script and place the code wherever you want the buttons to show.

no magic button needed. people follow when value clear. place visible social links, add call to action inside posts like “follow for updates”. also push newsletter signup. rss and email still work better than fancy plugins that slow ur site

I’ve had good results keeping things super lightweight by using plain links with small SVG icons, then dropping them right after the post title or at the end of each article. That spot seems to catch more eyes without feeling pushy. If you ever tweak your layout, testing a couple placements for a week or two can show really quickly where people actually click.

Use simple email subscribe forms which can work better than follow buttons. Also try adding Telegram and Facebook follow button manually in footer or sidebar.

For Link*edIn and Redd*it follow buttons on your blog, try using social sharing plugins like "A*ddToAny" or "Shar*eaholic" which offer customizable options. If these don't fully meet your needs, consider researching and implementing custom code for more specific functionality

For a simple solution, you could try using a third-party social sharing plugin that includes Linke*dIn and Re*ddit follow options, or manually embed the follow buttons using html and css from the respective platforms

You can create a plugin with vibe coding. There are several social sharing plugins but it's better to make a custom plugin that fits your needs.

Instead of using normal follow button, you should try email subscribe form and push notification. Now a days it converts much better blogs.
