Mailer Setup needed

I'm looking for a reliable SMTP or AWS SES (i provide account) + mailer panel setup for bulk emailing for around 10M/month or so.

Requirements:
- Warmed or clean SMTP or SES with high inbox rate (no spam traps)
- Mailer panel setup
- will be using my own domain/VPS
- Must work with affiliate marketing niche

Budget is flexible based on deliverability quality.
Inbox reports or test inbox stats preferred.
️References or past clients will help
