Hi everyone,

I’ve been working in the SEO and Link Building space for a while now, focusing mainly on the UK and Vietnam markets. I wanted to start this journey thread to share how I’ve been building my guest post inventory and what I’ve learned about identifying high-quality sites in 2026.

My Daily Workflow:

  1. Prospecting: I spend at least 2 hours daily using advanced Google footprints to find niche-relevant sites that aren't just "link farms."
  2. Quality Check: Before reaching out, I always check the site’s organic traffic trend on Ahrefs. If the traffic is declining or the OBL (Outbound Link) ratio is too high, I skip it.
  3. Outreach: I send personalized emails. Instead of "I want a guest post," I offer value or point out something I liked about their content.
A Quick Tip for Beginners:Don't just look at DA/DR. Look at "Organic Keywords." A site with DR 20 but 5k organic traffic is 10x better than a site with DR 60 and 0 traffic.

My goal this year is to reach 50+ premium direct-to-admin partnerships. I’ll keep updating this thread with my progress and any new outreach strategies I find.

Happy to answer any questions or discuss outreach tactics with you guys!
