Is the Adobe Illustrator is still the best app for creating graphic drawing?

Illustrator is still one of the best for vector design and detailed graphics. AI tools are useful for speed, but illustrator is still strong for professional work. Depends on your workflow now.

Illustrator is still one of the industry kings for vector graphics, logos, branding, and professional print work, but the landscape got way more crowded now because AI tools made design faster and more accessible. These days it’s less about “the best app” and more about the workflow combo people use, like Illustrator + AI tools + Figma + Photoshop depending on the project. Kinda feels like Illustrator evolved from being the entire game into being one really powerful class in a much bigger party setup.
 
When it comes to vector designing programs Adobe Illustrator is at the top, but the best one is all about what program fits your style.
 
I think Adobe Illustrator is still a top choice for graphic drawing, especially if you're comfortable with vector-based design. AI tools are definitely shaking things up, but Illustrator's control and precision are still hard to beat for many projects

As far as my experience with this tool is concerned, I find using Adobe Illustrator asbest practice.
 
I think it cannot be replaced within the next 10 years, but not necessarily in the future. Since using GPT Image 2, my frequency of using Photoshop has decreased. So some things are difficult to predict!
 
I still think Adobe IIIustrator is one of the best tools for vector graphics because it's powerful and has many features. But if it fits your work better, apps like Affinity Designer or Figma are also great choices.

I will continue using Illustrator for everything that requires vectors. However, for faster concepts, AI proves useful too.

If you're doing client logos, branding kits, or need pixel-perfect vector output — Illustrator still leads. If you're pumping out content at scale or doing quick creative concepts, AI tools are faster and often "good enough." Most pros now use AI tools for ideation/speed and Illustrator for final, polished output.
 
illustrator is still the safest choice for professionals vector work. ai helps speed things up, but good design still depends on the person using the tool.
