Trying to manage Reddit accounts. Issues with Email & account creation

My end goal is to post / comment manually on Reddit, and manage multiple Reddit accounts.

My current stack / workflow

- Decodo mobile proxies
- MultiLogin
- Buying email accounts (yahoo, gmail, etc. experimenting with a variety) and buying socialplug reddit accounts to see what works better.

First Issue: Can't log into yahoo with Decodo.

So apparently Decodo blocks Yahoo, and they need to "manually review" my situation to determine if they'll unblock Yahoo. So this raises a couple questions:

- Should I just be honest with Decodo about what I'm doing or are they going to disallow my activities? If I say "I need to log into yahoo accounts for social media management" are they going to allow it?

- Is Decodo even good for Mobile Proxies? I've seen Mobile proxies are recommended but apparently people say Decodo is one of the worst. Any alternate suggestions? I'm interested in building my own infra but I'd like to get my workflow down before I try that if possible.

- Do you generally log into an email and the Reddit account on the same proxy / anti-detect profile? I would imagine so, but.. if you have to keep quiet about your use of proxies, then it seems we may need different proxies for each step in the process.

I don't think you should be upfront with them.

Just say social media management. The less you say, the better.. never forget that.

Yes, Decodo is ok for mobile proxies, anyways for me.

And I didn't quit understand your last question. Do you mean like logging in to the reddit account and email on the same browser and proxy? If so, yes.
 
Managing multiple Reddit accounts definitely gets tricky with proxies and email logins. From your experience, do you find it safer to keep email + Reddit on the same proxy profile, or split them? I’ve heard mixed opinions about Decodo mobile proxies too — curious if anyone here has had better luck with alternatives.

I don't have it figured out at all so my opinion is worth little, but I imagine it's logistically easier to just have 1 anti-detect profile per account cluster. So: 1 email, 1 Reddit account per profile, but that's assuming the proxy isn't blocking the email login. If they are then I either need to get permission, find a proxy that does allow it, or.. use a separate profile, but if using a separate profile I still need to find a way to log in to the email.

and option 1 is generally cheaper as well just more time consuming
 
I’d keep the email + Reddit account on the same profile/proxy for consistency, otherwise the login pattern can look weird. As for Decodo, some providers restrict certain services by default because of abuse/risk scoring, so that part isn’t unusual. I probably wouldn’t overexplain the use case to them, just ask if Yahoo access can be enabled for your account. And honestly, for manual Reddit management, stable residential or ISP setups usually matter more than mobile specifically.
 
ill stop optimizing around mobile first and look at account history quality and behavioral consistency. a clean setup will not work if the account was sourced badly or its actions dont match a normal user pattern. is there are already issues now from the mail provider, dont stack more moving parts on top of that. simplify the workflow and build around accounts u can age properly. otherwise u will end up troubleshooting fingerprints forever

I run AdsPower paired with VoidMob mobile proxies for my X/Twitter farms, they ask zero KYC, zero restricted sites, and zero arbitrary limits. IPs are from real, active mobile devices, so same as Decodo but no limits.

Don't buying flagged, low-quality emails and just bulk-create your own inside AdsPower using same proxy and non-VOIP numbers. It will give more trust and control.

Keep the email and Reddit account on the same profile, match your fingerprint to the proxy’s p0f signature, and don't spam immediately if you want them to survive. Your goal is to look human on all layers.

Are you actually able to create your own email addresses? I've tried, and Google has this interesting 2fa-like system where you have to scan a qr code with a phone. I've tried many email services and they all at least require a phone, and then block creation when they see the # is already used.

What i'm saying is that it's the mobile proxy provider itself blocking access to certain domains, including mail logins. I'd have to go through a KYC process in order to get yahoo unblocked. It's nothing to do with my setups quality.
 
I think you should just tell them it’s for account/social media management, no need to overcomplicate it. And yeah, usually best to keep the email + Reddit account on the same proxy/profile for consistency.
 
Decodo (and most mobile proxy providers) block Yahoo because Yahoo abuse-flags entire mobile carrier ASNs — it's not a provider config, it's Yahoo refusing the connection. Two workarounds: use a separate ISP/static residential proxy session ONLY for the Yahoo login (different IP per Yahoo account), then export cookies into MultiLogin profile and switch back to mobile for everything else. Or skip Yahoo entirely — for Reddit specifically aged ProtonMail or Outlook converts way better than fresh Yahoo right now, Yahoo's been deprioritized in Reddit's email reputation scoring since around 2024.
 
Mobile proxies are great in theory, but yeah, quality varies wildly. check out smartproxy or oxylabs for more reliable options, though they'll cost more. logging into email and reddit on the same proxy/profile is standard practice, for sure. the whole "keeping quiet" thing is the trick. if you're worried about that, then yeah, you'd need separate proxies for each step, which gets complicated fast.
