RichAds and PropellerAds are probably the two I hear about the most lately but network quality can vary a lot depending on niche and GEO

for me propellerads and richads worked best, traffic volume is good and easy to test campaigns with small budget first. but honestly depends on niche and geo, some networks work great for one offer and bad for another.

Most people still recommend propellerads or adsterra for push traffic because they have huge volume and beginner friendly setup.

I've seen most people use propeller ads and rich push for push traffic. Quality really depends on targeting and geo though, not just the network it self.
