Depends on your setup honestly. I've seen a lot of people using TrafficShield and TrafficGuardian, both seem reliable. TrustCloaker also gets mentioned for simple setup. At the end of the day, It's not just about the tool, your overall setup matters more.

Yeah I agree, setup really matters. I’ve been using TrafficGuardian for the last couple of month and it’s working fine now. Earlier when my setup wasn’t proper, my ads used to get suspended in 1–2 days.
 
I had similar issues when testing different cloakers. In many cases it wasn’t just the tool — things like server response time, IP filtering accuracy, and how frequently the rules update made a big difference. You might want to test a few setups and track which part is actually causing instability before switching tools again.

Yes, I also shifted from JCI to TrafficGuardian because JCI was expensive, and it’s working well for me.

It all depends on how the cloaker's ad cloaking works.
I see so many of them using methods that were outdated back in 2026 it's no surprise if the campaigns aren't performing well.
As for me, I run cloaking campaigns five days a week, and my account hasn't been suspended yet I haven't had any issues on TikTok Ads for over three months.


What's more, cloaking never guarantees 100% that your account won't get suspended; for example, the average lifespan of a Google Ads account using cloaking is 3 to 5 months.
Anyone who guarantees you a year is 100% lying.
 
Try check your cloaker setup and re configure your ad settings
 
Keitaro has been sufficient for my needs when I needed a high quality cloaker. I don't know how good they're on todays market, but they are regularly updating their service.
 
Used a few before, currently testing trustcloaker and it's been stable so far compared to some other setup i tried earlier.

Usually not just the cloaker

pharma is one of the hardest niches now
domain history, hosting, creatives, account quality all matter too

seen people switch cloakers 5 times while the real issue was a burned domain
 
Maybe the problem isn't only the cloaker. Pharma is really sensitive now, so filtering, landing page and account quality matter too.
You can try TrafficGuardian, Trustcloaker, JCi if you think this is cloaker issue, also test small budget first because sometimes one small things in setup kill whole campaign.

True, cloaker alone isn’t enough. In pharma niche, account trust, clean LP, and proper filtering make biggest difference. Even best cloaker fails with weak setup.

Agree totally with regard to the setup. was having the same problem on JCI until I figured out that my domain and LP system were both shot. switched to TrafficSaviour as well as gud LPs and thing have been smoother.

I tried a couple of cloakers before but wasn't getting stable results. Switched to trafficshield recently and it's working fine for my setup, worth trying out imo.
