Hi everyone,

I have a YouTube channel with around 20K subscribers. It got demonetized back in January so about 3 months ago now. I was doing history content but after the hit I cleaned everything up and switched to only original videos with my own voice and original visuals.

I waited the full 3 months fixed every flag they mentioned on the new uploads, deleted all old videos and reapplied for monetization. They still rejected me as of recently so the channel is stuck with no earnings. They even went as far as removing the $5,000 I earned from my AdSense. I honestly want to forget about this niche/channel and start fresh. I am considering getting an LLC to create channels that way instead of using my personal AdSense again.

But here is what I need real advice on:

The main thing I am concerned about: should I create brand new channels under separate LLCs using proxies and residential IPs? If I have to connect the same identification from my personal AdSense account will YouTube still link the new LLC channels back to my old demonetized one? Does that create a cross link even with different LLCs and proxies?

Any real experiences with multiple LLC channels after a demonetization?

Would really appreciate any experiences what worked what got channels linked or what to avoid. Thanks in advance!

Man, don't even think about using the same ID. If you connect your personal passport or driver’s license to that new LLC AdSense, you’re dead in the water.
YouTube and AdSense link people, not just accounts. Your ID is a Tier 1 signal. It doesn't matter if you have an LLC, a fancy proxy, or a residential IP—the moment they see your name and document number, the system will instantly link you to the demonetized channel and flag you as a repeat offender.
  1. New ID is mandatory. You need a proxy person—a business partner, a family member, or a friend who is willing to sign up.
  2. Total Isolation. Use an antidetect browser and fresh 4G/5G mobile proxies. If you even once log in from your old PC or home Wi-Fi without a stealth setup, they’ll link you via your machine fingerprint.
  3. New Bank Account. Don't use the same bank or the same cards you used before.
They already took your $5,000—they aren't playing around. The LLC is a good legal shield, but for Google’s tracking, it’s a paper wall. Go full stealth or they'll just keep rejecting you.

Starting fresh with LLCs could work, but YouTube might still link accounts through IPs or AdSense. Be careful with proxies, as it might look like you're evading their system.

Have you tried appealing the decision that YouTube made on your channel?

You should shift from a "legal loophole" mindset to a "separate entity" mindset. Forming an LLC is a strategic move, allowing you to use a separate Enterprise Tax Identification Number (EIN) and bank account to completely sever any financial ties to your blacklisted personal account. Instead of relying on proxies—which are often flagged by Google's spam scanners—prioritize "device sanitization" by using a new computer or reinstalling the operating system to erase your digital fingerprinting. When your identifying information, terminals, and financial data are all refreshed under the name of an independent business entity, you'll start with a clean credit history, allowing your original content to thrive without being affected by the repercussions of your old channel.

That is exactly my plan. Surprisingly they didn't demonetize my other channels, just the one that was making me the most money. But I guess it's still risky opening new channels under this personal AdSense unless the original demonetization is fixed.

LCC or proxies won't fully hide the link if AdSense/ID is the same. YouTube still connects the accounts, so it's better to fix the channel or start clean with full compliance.

I'm looking for the same information. Right now, I'm trying to find a good proxy provider that doesn't sell used IPs. Some say mobile IPs are 95% more reliable, but they rotate, while residential IPs are stable and simulate a natural user. I'm still investigating; there aren't many people on the forum who offer recommendations for channel systems, or at least they don't give any recommendations.

im dealing with this issue also..... i was thinking about creating AdSense with my llc and bank that i never used on my channels that were snatched due to circumvention. but, since i never did adsense via a business, will they still ask for my information?or just my ein? do i need someone else to open the adsenseeven though im using my business information? thanks for this

Is it only me thinking this way? Both Google and YouTube are restricting AdSense approval for some reasons still unknown to me. Do they have updated to more strict rules for monetization?
im not sure, but my problem is my channels were taken away for circumvention....... but theres no way to get back unless i can get somene to open a adsense for me..... many people are cncerned about taxes

Try appealing the decision—I had exactly the same problem, and appealing it helped me

It's understandable to want to start fresh after demonetization, but using proxies and LLCs may not be a guaranteed solution. YouTube is sophisticated and can still identify connections through various factors like identification, content style, or even network activity, potentially leading to future issues

honestly proxies/LLCs wont magically fix it if content still triggers reused or low value checks.
youtube can link way more stuff than just IP anyway.

if i was you id start fresh with fully different content style and build slowly instead of overcomplicating the setup.

Try to fix it by appealing. If the appeals won't fix it, you better avoid using the ID in the future. It's better to avoid other footprints like device and proxy too.
