My main channel just got banned for “spam” because I made some clickbait playlists.

So I opened a new channel on the same browser/IP/phone number, while the old dead channel was still sitting there. Exactly 15 days later—boom, banned again for circumvention. Only watch video, no comments.

Now I’m fighting back with two fresh accounts with new browser, fake IP, different phone.

Account 1: Made a normal channel + a brand channel.
Account 2: Didn’t make a channel, just linked it as an owner to the brand channel on Account 1. So now Account 2 controls Account 1’s brand channel and it don't have primary channel, use it to watch videos.

Let’s see how long I can run this setup. Wish me luck.

Screw this “circumvention” rule when the second account doesn’t even have a damn channel in the first place.

I’ll be back with updates.

Update: The second account, which controls the brand channel, had the brand channel banned for circumvention, but that 2nd account without a channel remains unaffected.

This time, I'll try using this second account without a channel and see how it goes, lol.

I was using a fake IP and a new phone just for the creation process but continued using old browser data with the account that got banned for spam. Maybe I need to completely wipe the old browser data or use a new browser solely for watching YouTube.
I also logged into the same phone with the account that got banned for spam, which might be the reason too.

Update:

The second account, which doesn't create a channel, is fine, but now when I open a video, it just says the content isn't available. When I log out, I can watch the video as normal.

This means I can still access my liked videos, subscriptions, and video feed, but I need to post the video link to a private tab or use another browser with other fresh account to watch the vids...

Am I a masochist? Lmao.

Really interesting. i got over 50+ channels banned but never had a problem with circumvention. same ip. same browser. same pc. This year alone, I created over 100+ new channels. some got banned again for spam but not a single one for circumvention

seems like youtube is tracking you down..lol....to be safe, why don't you just isolate your new accounts, different ips, gmail account etc?
Yeah, I'm testing another account on a completely fresh, cleaned-out browser and use it only to watch vids. Looks like cookies are the cause.

When creating another channel, did you use a private tab or clear all the old data like cookies?

Any update so far? Have you succeeded in bypassing the ban

this policy stuff matter now more than ever. if you try to circumvent the rules on YouTube (fake views, bots, cloaked links) you’ll trigger their algorithm, get strikes or lose revenue. one user said they lost ALL videos overnight when they used a proxy pool and same device fingerprint too much.
safest path: use legit traffic sources, dont hide original links, declare sponsorships if needed, and limit how many accounts you run in parallel. making one strong channel is safer than many weak ones.

Youtube is quite smart about tracking someone. I notice someone can make more accounts and be still safe others just get banned each time and somehow trigger the youtube alghorithm. To be safe use dolphin anty+ mobile proxies and different gmail

Updated: here what happened

COOKIE, I’m not sure about other things being affected or not, but cookies are definitely the biggest thing they use to track you.
PHONE, Avoid using the YouTube or Gmail apps that has logged into a banned account to log into a new one. Instead, use a mobile browser that can clear cookies, like Brave.

After switching to another browser, even with the same IP, I was able to create a new Gmail account without needing phone verification. The newly created Gmail account, after agreeing to the terms to create a channel, i recovered all the channels I was subscribed to, the videos I liked, and maintained the same exact watching behavior as my old account, has been working fine from September until now.

On the browser where my account got banned, the new channel I created that didn’t agree with their terms also can’t comment or create a channel unless the terms are accepted, As I assumed, it worked as intended since there isn’t a channel for getting banned. Anyone who just wants to watch videos or use created liked playlists can do like this. Just be careful not to create a channel or comment, or else you’ll agree to the terms and risk getting banned again. This account was created using the same IP.

question, whats the best way to start my channels again? i was popped for circumvent all my content is original, no A eye, as far as laptop, phone, gmail, ad sense etc? im just tryingto get back on, learning from mistakes.. thanks

You just need to use different proxies and the Dolphin browser, and everything will work

Totally get the frustration. That circumvention game is temp relief at best and you’ll just get burned again. If you want something sustainable, lean into legit YouTube growth and diversify beyond it. Put energy into content quality, watch time, and compliant signals—long term that beats the ban roulette.
excuse me, what does anything you wrote have to do with circumvention? you get hit for it if you use the same device as someone who was banned from youtube, in the past. i can be you, it can be someone whos laptop or phone you may log in on. even from years ago. it happens daily. it has nothing to do with content..

Yeah once they flag you for circumvention they track way more than people think. New browser/IP alone usually isn’t enough anymore. Best move is honestly wait it out a bit and keep everything clean, because linking accounts together can still connect the dots fast.
