How to get quality affiliates and make them stick?

Can't really speak to building an affiliate team from scratch, but I can tell you what actually makes me want to promote something as an affiliate.
The 40% lifetime recurring commission is already a strong hook, and your pricing tier is high enough that the numbers actually make sense.
2 things I'd make sure you have: a free trial or freemium option, and a cookie window of at least 30 days. Those two things matter a lot to affiliates who are running paid traffic.

Honestly your program already sounds pretty solid. If you go promote it in affiliate marketing communities you might run into exactly the kind of sharks you're looking for.

we set cookie life to 45 days , we have 7 day trial(and for affiliates we have special deals like extended trial + custom landing pages) And arguably the best part. we allow creating templates which attribute the sales to you without the bad looking ?ref=imsellingtoyou instead it looks more value based

You probably need power users, not just affiliates. The people who go hard making tutorials and content usually want status, insider access, direct support, early features, maybe even rev share tiers that scale harder once they bring results. Give them easy content ammo too like demo accounts, swipe files, feature roadmap leaks, case studies, and a Discord/community where they feel like they’re part of building the brand instead of just farming commissions.
