What kinds of website niches are least likely to be replaced by AI or flooded with generic AI-written content?

Look into niches that need real world experience like tool reviews, gardening, or local handyman services, anything that requires photos of you actually doing the work will beat ai every time, stay away from general information niches because the bots have already flooded those with junk.

If you can write about it, AI can write about it.

So the focus should be what can I do that is better than generic AI, and what can I monetise best?

As many replies above, local services, case studies, real-world experiences are all much better content than the generic info stuff. Not saying AI can't produce that type of thing either, but it's less likely the "slop merchants" are going to that level.

Politics, emotions, family, stocks, healthcare...
Almost everything related to emotions, reason, and requiring extreme detail, AI can't handle well yet, but who knows, in 3-4 years it might get better and gradually replace it. In any case, it's best to prepare so you won't be caught off guard later.

In my opinion, niches built around real human experience, trust, and expertise are the hardest to replace with AI. For example: local businesses, personal finance, healthcare, legal services, case studies, industry news, and communities where people share real experiences. AI can generate content, but genuine insights, authority, and first-hand knowledge still matter most in these niches.
