Hey BHW,

Running a professional TikTok operation (60+ accounts, all fully set up on dedicated iPhones with US eSIMs, US Apple IDs, US timezone, everything configured correctly from day one). The device setup is not the issue — baseline accounts consistently hit 94-96% US audience at low view counts.

The problem is a clear pattern of US audience degradation as accounts scale past certain view thresholds, and we believe it's proxy-related (using IPRoyal static ISP).

Posting our full data report hoping someone who's dealt with this at scale can shed light on what fixed it for them.

---

**FULL AUDIENCE REPORT:**

**Outlier accounts (high views):**
- 3.8M views → Philippines 20%, UK 7%, USA 5%, Indonesia 5%, Canada 4%
- 1.4M views → Greece 10.4%, UK 8.8%, Romania 7.4%, Poland 5.4%, USA 3%
- 526k views → USA 99% ← ANOMALY (same device, same proxy, same upload time as others)
- 163k views → USA 92%, Russia 3%, Puerto Rico 2%
- 162k views → UK 19%, USA 11.8%, Germany 8%, Netherlands 7.2%, Italy 5.2%
- 108k views → UK 13%, USA 10%, Poland 8.9%, Hungary 6%, Greece 6%

**Mid-range accounts (10k–25k views):**
- 25k → USA 96%
- 21k → USA 54%, France 33%
- 18k → USA 93%
- 14k → USA 93%
- 13k → USA 95%
- 11k → USA 95%
- 10k → USA 94%
- 10k → USA 95%

**Baseline accounts (<10k views):**
- 9k → USA 88%
- 8k → USA 96%
- 8k → USA 94%
- 5k → USA 96%
- 4k → USA 94%
- 6 additional accounts (3k–3.5k views) → USA avg 94.5%

---

**KEY OBSERVATIONS:**

1. **Baseline is solid** — small accounts consistently hit 94-96% US, confirming device/eSIM setup is optimal
2. **Degradation by volume** — past ~1M views, TikTok opens distribution to low-ARPU countries (Philippines, Greece, Romania). Pattern is consistent across accounts
3. **The anomaly** — Account with 526k views hits 99% US operating under the EXACT same conditions (same device, same proxy, same upload schedule) as accounts showing European/Asian audiences. 4 other accounts on the same phone are degraded. This is what we can't explain
4. **Mid-range stability** — accounts between 10k–160k hold above 90% US consistently, which validates the setup works until a certain scale threshold

---

**WHAT WE'VE RULED OUT:**
- Device setup (eSIMs, Apple IDs, timezone — all US)
- Account creation process (clean from day one)
- Content (same content style across degraded and non-degraded accounts)

**Current proxy:** IPRoyal ISP (US)
**Testing:** ProxyEmpire (not enough data yet)

---

**SPECIFIC QUESTION:**

Has anyone else seen this exact degradation pattern past 50k views with ISP proxies? And if so — what fixed it? Did switching to 4G/5G mobile proxies solve it? Which provider? Or is this purely algorithmic and proxy-independent past a certain scale?

Any input from people running similar scale operations is hugely appreciated. Happy to share more data if useful.

Thanks

I think this might simply be how TikTok expands distribution once a video starts performing well in a specific region. For example, if a video goes viral in the US first, TikTok may start testing that same content in other countries to see if it can reach a broader audience and generate even more views overall. If the video also performs well in those additional regions, the algorithm will likely continue pushing it further internationally.

So in my opinion, the audience shift you're seeing may not necessarily mean something is wrong with your setup or proxies. It could just be TikTok widening the distribution pool as the account scales. Of course, if you're worried about the proxies, there's no harm in testing different types. But personally, I don't think switching from ISP proxies to mobile proxies will make a huge difference in this specific case.
