Hey guys!
Quick question out of curiosity:
What tools/services are you currently paying for, and roughly how much per month do you spend on them?

Could be anything like:
SEO tools, proxies, hostings, AI tools, scrapers, email tools, ad trackers, automation tools, etc.

Would love to see what people consider “must-have” vs “nice-to-have” these days.

Thanks!

Proxies, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini Pro, Email verification cloud tool, 100 VCCs for ads, 1 dedicated server on Hetzner, edge hosting, domain names

Thanks for sharing your setups, guys. It's interesting to see the variety of tools and services being used. I'm currently paying for SEO tools, a few automation scripts, and some hosting services, which set me back around $500-700 per month. I'm curious, for those using AI tools like Claude Code and Gemini Pro, what specific tasks are you automating with them, and have you seen a significant ROI? Are there any other "must-have" tools that you think are essential for your workflows?

Proxies, CHATGPT, Dedicated servers, Domain names, WP hostings, Canva, adobe few of tools, all of em costs prolly more than 2000$ a month.

Most people in SEO / affiliate / traffic arbitrage usually spend **$100–$500+ per month on tools**, depending on how serious their setup is. The biggest cost is usually SEO research tools, which can start around **$129/month for tools like Ahrefs or about $139/month for Semrush**. ([Forbes][1])

Here’s a **typical stack many marketers run in 2026**:

**Must-have tools**

* SEO tool (keyword + backlinks): Ahrefs, Semrush → ~$129–$249/mo
* Hosting / servers: VPS or cloud hosting → ~$10–$50/mo
* AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, or similar → ~$20–$30/mo
* Design: Canva Pro → ~$13/mo

**Common growth tools**

* Proxies or anti-detect browser → ~$20–$100/mo
* Email marketing (SMTP + tool) → ~$10–$50/mo
* Rank tracker or automation tools → ~$10–$40/mo

**Typical monthly budget examples**

* Beginner: ~$50–$100
* Solo marketer: ~$150–$300
* Agency / heavy SEO: $500+

A lot of solo marketers try to reduce costs with **group buys or cheaper alternatives** because paying for every premium tool individually can easily exceed **$500/month**.

If you want, I can also show you **a realistic “BHW style” tool stack people use for under $100/month** that still covers SEO, AI content, scraping, and email.

Main stuff is Ahrefs or Semrush and decent hosting of course, if we’re not counting proxies/accs.

Honestly the same as everyone else but my best investment is an $800 office on the 15th floor with an amazing view that ensures that I go there to get consistent work every day. I am going to make millions in this office.
