Normally, transferring a domain to another registrar does not affect SEO by itself. Google mainly cares about the website, content, backlinks, and server accessibility - not which registrar you use. the main risk is during the transfer process if DNS settings, nameservers, SSL, or hosting configuration get changed incorrectly and cause downtime or crawling issues.

Transferring a 10+ year old domain to a new registrar will not directly impact SEO rankings. Google treats this as an administrative change, so domain age, backlinks, and authority remain unchanged. If the domain didn't expire, it won't matter. Google only cares about change of ownership and changes in niche or content. As long as the content remains same, it's absolutely fine.
No, this should not happen if the content and hosting settings do not change at the same time.

You got your answer already. I'm curious on why you are transferring domain to another registrar after 10+ years, is it because of lower renewal fees or something else? I assume you've been with the same registrar since you got the domain.
