Etsy keeps linking my new stores to banned ones. Is antidetect the fix?

I’m struggling with Etsy as my third account just got suspended. I’ve tried using different static residential proxies, clearing cookies, and using fresh payment info, but Etsy still links my new stores to the old banned ones.

A friend told me that Etsy might be detecting my hardware specs and browser fingerprints. He suggested using an antidetect browser like Hidemyacc or Multilogin to create completely isolated profiles.

Has anyone here successfully used this? Does it actually hide the hardware parameters well enough to prevent linking?

Yes, you're friend maybe right. Etsy are detecting and linking a lot of things now. You need to check any overlaps like bank account, phone number, wifi, etc. So even if you use an antidetect browser, Etsy may still connect the accounts if any of those details match.

Etsy usually does not look at just one thing. It can compare browser/device fingerprints, cookies, sessions, IP patterns, payment details, and store behavior. An antidetect browser helps by keeping each store in its own profile instead of mixing those signals together. Ours also helps with isolated profiles and proxy setup.

Yes you need a really solid anti detect browser with proper proxies.

You'll need all completely new information, proxy and anti detect browser

Yeah, those antidetect browsers are definitely the way to go because Etsy is super aggressive with tracking your hardware ID and browser fingerprint. Honestly, just using proxies isn't enough, so setting up an isolated profile is your best bet to stop those shadowbans from hitting you again

Antidetect browsers are not a reliable “fix” for Etsy account linking issues, and trying to bypass platform enforcement can actually make things worse.

Etsy's nailing you with browser fingerprinting and IP linking, you need to use like GoLogin to spoof device IDs and clean residential proxies (like FloppyData) they will break that chain if you set each profile with a fresh IP and unique fingerprint. Just make sure you go static, not rotating, on the proxies

Every browser has its own fingerprint, which is based on your hardware, fonts, extensions, and so on. You can be easily identified by this fingerprint, regardless of whether you’ve changed your IP address or cleared your cookies. The primary function of anti-detect browsers is to alter these values, but not all of them do it properly - be careful :)
