Hello,

I have built a proxy service website where I am selling proxies (residential/ISP/Datacenter/Mobile), but Stripe and Paypal have suspended my account after the first sale.
I have tried to apply to other merchant accounts but I got rejeceted.
I can see that many proxy service providers use Stripe and Paypal but I don't know where the trick is.

Any suggestions?

first sale ban means model flagged instantly. need proper compliance, tos, refund policy, and maybe shift to high risk gateways instead of trying same big ones again

Stripe and PayPal are notorious for shutting down accounts in this niche. You might need to look into high-risk merchant accounts or explore crypto payments, because those are often more lenient with services like yours

If Stripe closed the account due to policy or risk concerns, it’s very unlikely they’ll approve a new application using the same details, or setup.

Any suggestion on what to do?
I am not residential in US, so I cant apply for the High risk merchant US Accounts.

Working on a proxy infrastructure project lately. If you're into networking/proxies/traffic systems, happy to connect and exchange ideas.

First, you don't necessarily need to use a merchant account to get approved if your product is high risk and you presented it on the platform as high risk.

The trick that your competitors are using includes; using framing, using business registered accounts, not using stripe or paypal directly and using them through other platforms and soon.

How much did you process on your first sale that got you suspended on both platforms?

There are many high risk MIDS available depending on your planned volume and business location.

Probably they are listing services as “hosting” services, or internet service.

If you use any new account that’s not an aged one that has gained recognition, Ilegitimate deals would block a new account
