Honestly, most “free” tools are pretty limited or inconsistent.
From what I’ve seen, people usually go with open-source setups like Stable Diffusion or similar models because they give more control. Some web tools exist, but free versions are often restricted or low quality.
If you’re serious about it, learning a basic local setup works better long-term than relying on random free tools.

Trying to get truly good nsfw stuff for free is kinda like looking for a unicorn. Most of the really juicy tools out there cost a little coin, or you're gonna have to get super creative with your prompts on general models and hope they don't censor you

Learn ComyUI. There are a ton of models customized around NSFW content and you can probably even find existing workflows people have set up and made available. There's a huge community and plenty of people doing exactly this kind of thing.
Here are the challenges; running things locally gives you the most freedom and there's zero cost, but it's really tough if you don't have a really high end GPU. To run newer models, more complex workflows, or generate video, you might need to set things up to handle all the compute through a cloud service. Getting consistent results can get difficult and might require training your own LORA for it.
That all said, it's a lot of fun to use and I highly recommend playing around with it, even if it's just to run things locally while you get the hang of the whole thing for now.

Most people use stable Diffusion (Automatic1111 or ComfyUI) with custom models, or paid tools like midjourney (limited NSFW). Free options exist but quality varies. You'll need prompt engineering + consistent character LoRA for influencer consistency.

If you're starting out, avoid ComfyUI, it's a bit of a mess to learn from scratch..
Go with ForgeUI instead..

Since some tools use additional GPU usage; you can use GPT to make renders; then use GPU tools to make the NSFW images so that you are more efficient with coin usage on some of the recommended tools above.

There is no free option for NSFW content as far as I know. However, there is genfluence AI that can create NSFW pics but you have to pay $15 for 4k pictures if I remember correctly.

There's currently at least about 700 + different Ai content creation models available on the market.
I know a tool that enables you to access pretty much all of them.
There's are internal developed image / video generating models which are very solid - I use them - the pricing will start at $ 0.04 - 0.12 per picture, the videos will be, of course more expensive.
Other third party image / video generating models will be multiple of the internal price.
But you can't use someone's AI content creation model + computing power without paying something in return.
What you may look for is an affordable tool that will get you what you need.

You can definitely use a free tool and I feel that the free tool, meaning open source, actually gives you a higher realism than paid for standard services and tools like nano banana and Higgfield etc which are obviously censored.
I would definitely recommend Comfy UI and renting a GPU, for example, on RunPod, where you can pay per hour. a 3090 will be good enough, if your budget and speed alllow for it, rent a A100.
If you know how to use a coding agent, you can actually get a comfy UI template from somebody who's teaching it on YouTube or Reddit for free, get a bunch of free NSFW LoRa's from CivitAI, throw that into your coding agent, give the agent your API key for Runpod and have it configure the template to your needs.
You can then generate pretty much anything you want as long as you can describe it to the coding agent and it will build it for you and it will only cost you a few dollars per day.

I wouldn't expect that
While there will be market for AI generated content, and a lot of AI will be used for promotion, there will still be a major customer pool that will be willing to pay premium for an actual real human performer.
I mean to me personally it feels odd to get aroused by something that is artifically created. Then again the AI compagion niche is quite successful.
Would be curious about the customers profile.

ComfyUI is free but you'll need a powerful computer. The generating takes ages.
HIggsfield for faster gen but this is not free at all.

Instead of trying to free, i would suggest you try affordable ones. Also consider using free trials that allow you to test the premium features, if you like it you can stick with it long term
