Threads like this still being maintained after years usually mean the seller is consistent.
TF/CF based links aren’t a magic bullet, but when used correctly they still help stabilize rankings.

RECIEVED A REVIEW COPY. HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS.
Just received the report for my review copy, the relevant neccesary information like DA,TF, RD, the Keyword used, the Target URL, and the published date was included. Did my own checks as well and the metrics more or less lines up. Not much oragnic keywords/ traffic on the provided domains however, which can be room for improvement.
In terms of the actual deliverables, one link with an anchor text was provided, which was a do Follow link for both domains, which is good. Both pages were also indexable, and one has already been indexed despite being published for less than a day, so I would say that's pretty good, and am hopeful for the other page to be indexed by google soon.
The content itself isn't paticularly outstanding, spun but readable and covers the relevent topic cluster to my niche, as well as being unique and not duplicates of each other. It also included a few images, which I was pleasently supprise by, and the url structure was properly filed under the correct site category, and should be helpful with SEO.
I personally verified the IPs and Nameservers of the domains I was given, and they were both different from each other.
The effects it has on my site is yet to be seen, but I'm hopeful it will be beneficial. Overall, a decently good service that delivers what was promised in the thread.
