Hi I have an ecom business doing about $118k/mo. We drop ship engines and Transmissions. To keep the conversion good, we have to use a MOTO Merchant Account and charge over the phone. I lost my best friend's trust when I started I made an LLC in his name (I am not a US citizen and he is). And got with Zen Payments. Month 3 they shut us down. Put my friends records on the MATCH list and basically ruined my relationship with him.

Then I researched the payments industry more, and got to know about alert systems. I approached my other friend, also a US citizen, we made a partnership he opened up an LLC and merchant account for MOTO under his name. With alerts enabled and a prompt refund policy, We have been running the same LLC and merchant account for 1 and a half years. If I have stability I can sale this $1M a month. But then again stability.

I have since opened up 2 more merchant accounts with different banks on the same LLC. I had my friend also open an LLC in his brothers name and get a merchant on it as well.

What Payment Infrastructure should I use. AND I AM TALKING INFRASTRUCTURE. There are competitors in the same space who have been running this business for 5 years and they are a mystery to me.

Is it just burning and churning US citizens to open LLCs and Merchant Accounts every time an account blows up?
If it is just burning and churning the US people, how do I find them because I do not want to hamper my personal relationships?
Is there an offshore structure that prevents the US person to prevent getting MATCH/TMF listed?
How many LLCs do I need, how many Merchant accounts per LLC, how much backup?

I have got to a point where my success is scaring me. I want to maintain my success and any suggestions would help?

Burn and churn is a dead end you'll run out of friends and clean SSNs before you hit that $1M/month goal. For $100k+ high risk MOTO, you shouldn't be relying on personal LLCs.

You need a cascading payment architecture with a 'Transaction Router' (like PAAY or similar). This lets you distribute volume across multiple offshore MIDs (Merchant IDs) so no single account hits the 1% chargeback threshold that triggers a MATCH listing.

I’ve set up similar redundancies for high-ticket dropshipping that keep the primary US entity clean while the processing happens through a more flexible offshore structure. Happy to break down the technical flow of how to layer these so your friends' records stay safe. What's your current chargeback % looking like?

OP I don't have a solution for you. Only commenting to let the universe know that these are the kind of problems I want to have, earning so much that I start worrying about ways to clear and move the loads of money coming my way.
