Festinge Vault is a scam. I was charged for a lifetime license, but I didn't accept it or even use Festinger

Guys, be aware of the Festinger Vault. Remove your cards and all the info from Festinger, they are charging you for nothing. Today I was charged $169 for the lifetime license. I don't even remember when was the last time I used Festinger. I am planning to report this on IC3 if they don't make a refund.
