How I Make $1,500–$3,000/Month Just By Posting Memes & Shitposts on Facebook

Not gonna lie this is actually more realistic than alot of those “make money online” posts people usually spam. I’ve been seeing the same thing lately with Facebook pages, specially meme/video pages. The reach is still crazy if you understand what keeps people watching and sharing. Most people underestimate how powerful consistency is on Facebook. One viral reel can literally revive a dead page overnight. I think the part people fail at is they assume its passive immediately. Its not lol. Posting 4-6 times daily for months gets repetitive fast, especially when some posts completely flop for no reason. Also alot of beginners copy memes 1:1 without adapting them for Facebook audience. Stuff that works on Reddit doesnt always work on FB unless you tweak the caption/style a bit. The multiple income streams part is smart too. Ad revenue alone is risky because Facebook changes monetization rules constantly. Having shoutouts, clients, page flipping etc makes it way more stable. Honestly for people with time but no money, this is probably still one of the more realistic online hustles out there right now.
Can the content be scheduled? Say I make it in batches and schedule it and let it be?

Interesting breakdown consistency and understanding audience psychology really seem to matter more than expensive setups now.

My Story
I was broke, scrolling memes at 2am like everyone else. Then I realized someone is getting paid to make this stuff. So I figured out the system. Now I run 4 Facebook meme pages and clear $1,500–$3,000 every single month.
Here's exactly how.

Step 1 — Build the Right Page
Pick a niche with mass appeal:

1. Relatable student/work humour
2. Absurdist brainrot content
3. Relationship memes
4. Niche hobby pages (gaming, fitness, etc.)

Use Canva for your page logo. Takes 10 minutes. Looks professional.

Step 2 - Content Strategy (The Lazy Way)

1. Steal trending memes from Reddit, Twitter, Instagram
2. Reformat them for Facebook audience
3. Add your watermark
4. Post 4–6 times daily
5. Use CapCut for video memes (these get 3x more reach)

Step 3 - Hit the Monetisation Thresholds

Milestone. What Unlocks
10K followers. Shoutout deals start

+ 600K watch Facebook In Stream
minutes Ads

50K followers. Big brand
sponsorships

100K+ followers $500 -
alone - $2,000/month
ad revenue alone

Step 4 - My Exact Income Streams
1. Facebook In-Stream Ads
Once you hit the threshold, Facebook runs ads on your videos automatically. I earn $400–$800/month per page from this alone.
2. Shoutouts & Sponsored Posts
Brands and smaller pages pay to be featured. I charge $50–$200 per post at 50K+ followers.
3. Selling Meme Creation as a Service
Startups and brands are actively hiring meme creators. I charge $200–$500/month per client. I currently have 3 clients.
4. Flipping Pages
Grow a page to 50K–100K, sell it for $500–$2,000. Then start again.

Timeline Expectations

1. Month 1 - Building, posting, growing (0 income)
Month 2 - First shoutout deals ($50–$200)
Month 3 - Hit ad threshold, land first client ($300–$600)
Month 4+ - Scale to multiple pages ($1,000+)

I discovered this method works on Instagram , Facebook and Twitter ( X)
On YouTube rarely you have growth chance....

Final Word
This method works because brands need meme creators and Facebook rewards consistent video pages. Start one page. Master it. Then scale.

Few months zero earning if anyone doesn't have interest in this content skip because you will make content for money , make content to best and relatable meme, don't chase money , do work best , money will chase you

Put together a guide/E book? I am sure people would buy it. Me included.

So I post memes and FB will show them to people? I shouldn't invite my friends etc to like the page, interact with other pages? Stuff like that?

1) Ok, you post memes in a newly created page and FB will delivery it to people organically? Or do you share it in groups, etc to boost reach? What is the strategy in the very beginning to reach a minimum amount of people? Hashtags, share in groups and other social media or just post a newly created page and wait FB to start delivering it to random people?

2) I just don't understand why would you sell a page that is making $2000 per month for you for $2000...you mentioned something like that in your first post, specifically about flipping pages. If I can pay $2k to buy a page that is already making $2k per month, it would be a really good business model for buyers...websites making $2k are being sold for $30k, not $2k, xD

Question number 1 here is also what I am asking please :)

This looks great. You can expand it to other niches with VAs and affiliate offers.

Using smm panel will not boost , this will bad effect to your facebook account or any social media accounts your views will stuck 0-200 views, smm are not real and any social media can detect it it's bot account, who give this non sense idea lol, you have to purely edit your own content, videos you can find online any platform or even you can pick from facebook too but the idea of meme should new , your creativity , why all want just repost others people content , one day they will find you and copyright strike because copy paste work is not your creativity or anything else, do your own research and put efforts in content... Views can from episode series , youtubers , movie clips other funny or meme content but you have to make own
you mean u didnt use any boost u got that result or use other method to boost like ads , bc only posting and waiting for organic coming u will never reach that level , otherwise udont wanna share this part i totally respect

I don't understand, there should be a guide to do this from scratch. I've never worked with Facebook before, could I do this even without experience?

I stumbled across this post about 2 weeks ago, and this time I decided to take action. Since then, I've created a meme page and started cross-posting on Instagram and Facebook, but not all reels are cross posted just some because the Facebook audience is a bit different. Today I passed 150k views across both platforms and I'm getting close to 300 followers. One thing I've noticed is how important it is to create your own original reels. All of my reels that reached 50k+ views were my ideas and were there pushed much harder, and the engagement was way better. I'm posting between 2-3 reels a day. 2-3 hours apart.

I'm really happy with the progress so far, and I'm definitely sticking with it. I also recommend doing it with someone else, as it really helps when coming up with the best reels. Most of my content is movie clips with funny text added to them. For anyone thinking about starting, just go for it—you can only learn from the experience. I'll try to keep you guys updated along the way and I'll definitely let you know when I get monetized. I'm not too worried if it takes 6–12 months because I'm doing everything completely organic.

I'm new to this, so could you explain how you create your posts? Do you sometimes just repost content, or what do you do?
If you could DM me and answer a couple of questions, I would very much appreciate that! :)

Nice, never thought FB would still work, and you cracked the code, do you have some examples of videos or pages you run? Since they are public?
Thanks!

You've conveniently ignored legit questions from @Venusaur and others but got the time to cheer on a vouch from an empty profile with just one post - a vouch for your method.

So the method is a lie? It doesn't work? I've been trying it for two weeks and the results are almost nonexistent.
