Our proxy durations depend on the type:
- Residential Proxies are non-expiring. Traffic never expires, so you can use it at your own pace whenever you need it.
- ISP & Datacenter Proxies are available in 1, 30, 60, or 90-day plans.
- Mobile Proxies are available in 1, 7, 30, 60, or 90-day plans.
I don't understand how companies like this can scam people so easily.
You buy a "Static Proxy ISP" and they always give you a proxy that has nothing to do with an ISP proxy. It's always the same.
I'm from Spain, I know which ISPs are Spanish, and they give me an IP address from an ISP that doesn't exist in Spain. You do a WHOIS lookup on the IP and it gives you absurd data.

We'd like to address this directly. Our Static ISP proxies are sourced from legitimate ISPs, and we're transparent about what we provide.
If you received an IP that doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out to our support team with the specific details. We're happy to investigate and work with you to resolve any concerns.
WHOIS data can sometimes show hosting company information rather than the end ISP, which is common in the proxy industry. However, if there's a genuine issue with the IP you received, we are here to make it right. Feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can look into your specific case.
I use another proxy company (I won't mention the name to avoid spam) and the IPs they provide are actually from ISPs in the country I select (obviously I don't use that company because they don't have a proxy ISP in Spain). However, you provide "ISPs" that don't exist in Spain, so no, what you provide are IPs from ISPs outside of Spain or data centers.
Now tell me, according to that image (which your team sent me via chat), which ISPs are those? Those ISPs aren't providers in Spain, and don't tell me they are because I know perfectly well which ISPs exist in Spain and none of those are real ISPs in Spain.
For example, go to REDESTEL WEBSITE and you will see what they offer: ''DATACENTER''. They are not ISP.
