I have 2 yt channel in gmail acct
after 1st blocked I cant access 2nd even if its not blocked from web browser
any help plz

first try to contact yt support they probably could help you, and what do you mean by can't access it says wrong password or gmail?
 
This is standard for YouTube. When one channel on a Gmail gets terminated, Google often restricts the entire Google account from accessing YouTube features. Even if your second channel isn't technically banned yet, you won't be able to log in to manage it because the main access is revoked. You can try to appeal the first ban, but usually, that account is a goner for YT purposes.
 
The reason is your first channel was the main channel on that google account, when it got blocked youtube also blocked access to the other channels on the same account. The only thing you can do now is send an appeal to youtube

When one of the YouTube channels created under the same Gmail account gets suspended, that Gmail will usually be restricted from creating or accessing other channels as well. That’s basically YouTube’s policy. So I think it’s better to create a new Gmail account if you want to start a new channel. Safest option is to use one Gmail per channel.

appealing is usually met with AI or a stone wall
unless your a bug youtuber .

Have you spoken to YouTube's support? What did they tell you about this?
 
If both channels were linked under the same Google/account setup, YouTube may have flagged the second one too due to ban evasion detection.
