This is a white hat method that I began using in February 2023. By following this simple method, my Twitter followers have exploded. Although it is simple, it can be difficult to implement because consistency is crucial.

Here are the steps:

1. Choose a specific niche.
Start with a general topic and narrow it down until it is specific. For instance, instead of writing about investing money in general, focus on investing money in your 20s to buy your first rental property in your 30s.

2. Use the two-year test.
Reflect on your experiences from two years ago. This is a unique way to stand out from others, including ChatGPT. Share your relevant experiences.

3. Spend 20% of your time writing one thread daily.
You need instant feedback from your writing, so write one thread daily on your niche. Pay attention to the number of likes, replies, retweets, and bookmarks your thread receives. Use the most popular thread to create your next thread.

4. Spend 80% of your time communicating with others in the same niche.
Use the Twitter feature called "List" to add 50 accounts with 1K-5K followers. Ignore big accounts if you have less than 1K followers. Respond to the 50 accounts you've added to the list and reply to every tweet you can. Don't just reply with "Great info." Instead, use the formula of Compliment + Your insight + Joke (if possible) in your replies. The point is to make a new friend every day. I got some genuine friends by using this. Big accounts will be interested and follow you.

5. Iterate steps 3 and 4.
By consistently following steps 3 and 4, I obtained one viral thread in the first month and two to three viral threads in the second month. The virality of a thread cannot be predicted. In fact, many of my viral threads were my worst, yet they resonated with my audience. So don't worry if you feel you have written a bad thread. Just post it.

Here are some additional tips that can help you further:

1. Schedule your tweets using a tool. You can choose any tool you prefer, but I recommend Hypefury.
2. Use Twemex chrome extension to find tweets that have performed well.
3. Use ChatGPT to generate ideas and write content.
4. Rewrite your content to make it more personalized.
