The sites that grow quickest now tend to combine strong technical SEO + consistent useful content + selective promotion, instead of relying on mass backlinks.

I start with low competition keywords, solid internal linking and regular posting. slow natural growth seems safer now than trying aggressive tricks early.

Start by targeting zero competition keywords so you can get some easy traffic flowing right away, share your new posts on reddit and twitter to get google to index them faster, once you've got some content up grab a few niche edits to give the site enough power to actually start climbing.

For fresh domains, I've seen consistent content and proper internal linking work best in the beginning. I usually target low competition keywords first and slowly build topical authority instead of chasing hard keywords early. A few relevant guest posts and regular content updates also help indexing faster naturally.

You need high quality content, internal linking, submitting your sitemap to GSC and finally you need high quality bscklinks from relevant websites/blogs. These will allow you to index and rank fast, however, they require serious work.

Publish quality posts and share them on social media. If your technical SEO is good, you'll have no problem with indexing. Your organic traffic will start growing over time if you target low competition keywords. The backlink strategy depends on the budget. You can ignore it if you don't have a budget and targeting a micro niche without much competition.

You can't just buy a new domain and expect getting traffic, unless it is some really low competition niche and geo. The best you can do at the beginning is make sure your website can be easily indexed, buy some at least not-to-spammy backlinks and make sure you content is good enough. Then if your website is indexed and is getting some organic traffic, you can buy more backlinks and optimize your content and website.
