Looking to expand into Reddit for some casino projects. noticed my competitors are ranking well with reddit threads, so i need to catch up.

Reaching out to mods feels like a dead end for gambling, but maybe I’m missing something? How are u guys handling this niche?
Is it worth trying to build organic presence, or is it just a "burn and turn" game with multiple accounts?

would appreciate any insights from people who are actually running casino stuff on Reddit right now. thanks!

Tried it before, biggest issue is Reddit mods are brutal with casino stuff. Once the account starts looking promotional it’s pretty much done. Aged accounts with normal posting history definitely last longer from what I’ve seen.

for gambling on reddit, hard selling usually gets killed fast. mods and users spot promo accounts pretty quickly now. the threads that survive are usually from aged accounts that look normal and post naturally. most of the successful casino threads are subtle, not aggressive spam. burn and turn still works, but honestly i think it’s a pain long term. accounts get nuked, and you keep starting over.
personally, i’d rather build a few solid accounts slowly and blend in naturally. takes more time, but feels way more stable.

Buy subreddits in gambling niche and grow them. You can also buy a aged account and start a new subreddit. Forget about spamming links and Dms, you are going to fail, it requires lots of trial and error to achieve good traffic.

For a fresh local site, the quickest way to rank isnt actually chasing a high DA score. Its focusing on local citations and geo targeted content. DA is just a vanity metric that takes time to move, but solid GMB optimization and consistent NAP across directories will get you into the map pack much faster. Once youre visible locally, the organic rankings for your target keywords usually follow.

not sure how GMB and local citations help with reddit/casino outreach? lol.

i'm specifically asking about reddit strategies since the niche is gambling. local citations won't really help with getting threads to stick or dealing with reddit mods. anyway, still looking for advice on the reddit side if anyone has real experience with "burn and turn" vs building presence
