Guaranteed Quantity Packages:
If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of placements, we first offer a compensation package to cover the shortfall. If you decline the compensation, we issue a proportional refund based on the number of undelivered placements.

Premium Placements:
In packages that include premium sites, 50% of the package value is allocated to the total placement count and 50% to premium placements. If premium placements fall short, the refund is calculated proportionally.

Example:
A $1,000 package with 100 guaranteed placements + 10 premium sites:
→ $500 covers the 100 placements, $500 covers the 10 premiums
→ 5 missing premiums = $250 refund
→ 50 missing standard placements = $250 refund

Content Rejection:
If a media outlet rejects your content, we offer an equivalent alternative. If you decline the alternative, the publication fee is fully refunded to your wallet.
