Yes the majority of traffic comes from Google. Without looking at the numbers i would say 75-80% ish.
Me personally? 20-30 then we get maybe 50-120 from the community aswell.
Nope we manually add each video, it might seem like more work but in my opinion it's so much easier to rank them.
Look into Adspyglass monetization with these networks:

Trafficstars

And then run the following ad zones:
PopUNDER ( 60 seconds frequency with 4 cap then wait 8 hours)

Doesn't adult traffic convert poorly? Like for each 10 000 visit, to the website, you might end up with one sale or something like that?

I do it manually but my flagship site gets lots of community videos so i don't upload that much at the moment. Mostly just reviewing and making sure their content is OK.
Well you need to define "poorly" every now and then you get whale. My biggest spender on a rev-share offer has spent 300k USD which is pretty crazy.
But yes adult is generally converting less and CPM is lower than mainstream sites. However you do (In my opinion) end up with more website traffic.
To reach 10-20k revenue depends on your targeted/top GEOs.
Hard to say because i mix rev-share and CPM ads. VAST (Pre-rolls) is generally on 0.3 CPM, i am however very aggressive and run those ads on every 2 videos so if you go less aggressive i'm sure you can keep a steady 0.6-0.7 rate.
I got 2 direct deals a few days ago at 0.4 which i consider OK.

Have spnt 0 on Backlinks. I've exchanged backlinks with a few sites (We link to eachother).
The rest come naturally after a while of pushing out good content.

Hahahaha nope. This is work just like changing car tires. But you do need to draw a line between "Hey this is my business im not here for fun" otherwise i can imagine you get trapped

I use my own storage servers and BunnyCDN. Without checking i'd say im paying 600-900/month.
