Guide for hosting/domain - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-Z6_gcL6MS3NLoQwpeo3YiaWYqPNpzDDbZ01VgDFVEM

Full guidelines for who want DMCA ignore/Porn/Free speech.

A spreadsheet created by another user has gone, so I'm making mine myself.

I hope you all remember a few things.

1. There is no such thing as a bulletproof domain. Every registry/registrar/reseller has a similar risks.

2. Any provider will kick you when they receive a tons of abuse mail. You must ready to change hosting at any time.

3. Keep Monero and Tor as your friends. No one should know who you are.

Big players like The Pirate Bay and 1337x are still alive until today.

Why wouldn't it be you?

No registrar or host is completely immune to complaints or policy enforcement.
The best approach is to maintain backups and design your setup so migration is fast and straightforward.

Yes, choosing your server physical location is also a lot important, and same with the domain registrar.

Tucows will hand over your info when US court isssues DMCA subpoena!

Be careful when you register domain through OpenSRS reseller such as Flokinet, Njalla gtld!!!
Sadly, I believe most US-based registrars fold like a cheap deckchair when presented with a DMCA subpoena or court order, however, your advice is sound and I would always recommend that you don't make it easy for them to identify you (or your acquaintances) through the information held by these companies. (e.g., make sure you're always accessing their services via a VPN or proxy.). Good list by the way and keep up the great work!
