Local SEO Link Building?

Take backlink to your main home page but not just this. You should buy backlink to category pages too.

Nowadays, local SEO main location/service pages single-handedly buildup many authority. Only afterwards, very good internal linking is used to carry the relevance over to the neighboring area pages. Creating links to every local page could be perceived as forced and turn out to be quite costly very quickly.

Having said that, in case certain areas are very competitive or commercially significant, I would even provide those pages with direct local signals - niche citations, local mentions, geo-relevant links, or a few contextual placements.

The main point is to let those pages live their own local relevance and uniqueness, not merely being the mere cloned city pages with backlinks pushed at them.

If the location pages have unique content and are important for your business, I would build a few quality links directly to them. For the rest, I'd build most links to the homepage and main service pages, then use internal links to pass authority to the location pages.

Yes if those pages target imprtant locations. Building relevant local links to your main servicepages which can help improve their visibility as long as the links are natural and high quality.
