I have a Local Wordpress Site but i am facing issues in performance and page speed. Please tell me exact steps and plugins to increse the page speed of my webiste.

Start by installing a solid caching plugin like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache if your host supports it. Also, make sure you're using a tool like Imagify or Smush to compress your images, as heavy files are usually the biggest reason for slow loading times on local sites.

The fastest way to improve WordPress speed is reducing plugin bloat and using proper caching + image optimization.

Biggest speed improvements usually come from: Optimized images, Better hosting, CDN usage, Reduced JavaScript, Proper caching, Fewer plugins/scripts, Lightweight design.

My website page speed got better after optimising images and removing useless features. clean pages load faster and also feel better for users.

This is just the best option ive been using and its been working for me

one thing that helped me was keeping pages lightweight. too many animations, trackers and heavy themes slow sites a lot without adding much value.

Use a lightweight theme like Astra or Kadence, remove unnecessary plugins, and install LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket for caching and optimization.

Compress images with ShortPixel/Imagify, convert them to WebP, enable lazy loading, and use Cloudflare CDN.

Also minimize CSS/JS, clean your database with WP-Optimize, and test performance regularly with "Google PageSpeed Insights"

Use compressed images, remove extra plugins, enable caching, and use a CDN. Also keep your theme lightweight.

Remove extra plugins, use a light theme, compress images, add caching plugin, and use a CDN.

Use a lightweight theme, optimize images, enable caching, and remove unused plugins. These steps usually improve WordPress performance and page speed significantly.

To improve WordPress page speed, focus first on image optimization (WebP format + compression), caching, and reducing unused plugins/scripts.

I believe you need, among these tips mentioned in the thread - also a better hosting option.

  • Unlock faster WordPress performance with smarter caching, lightweight plugins, and optimized visuals.
  • Transform your WordPress speed with efficient plugin management and high-performance image optimization.
  • Deliver a faster user experience by combining optimized caching with streamlined WordPress plugins.

First, optimize those images like crazy, then get a caching plugin like wp rocket and a cdn, and ditch any unnecessary plugins

Use a caching plugin like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache, compress images with ShortPixel, and use a lightweight theme to reduce load time. Also enable a CDN, remove unused plugins, and test speed with Google PageSpeed Insights to find bottlenecks.

When it comes to speeding up a WordPress site, it's crucial to tackle the low-hanging fruit first, like image optimization and caching. I've seen significant improvements when using a combination of WebP images, lazy loading, and a solid caching plugin like WP Rocket. What's also important is getting rid of any bloated or unused plugins and scripts, as they can really slow down the site. Using a content delivery network (CDN) can also make a big difference, especially if you're targeting a global audience. From what I've tested, a lightweight theme and a reputable hosting service can also help improve page speed noticeably. It's also essential to regularly test the site's speed with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to identify any bottlenecks.

use light-weight theme. I'm using twentytwentyfive from wordpress. it has got 100 points on mobile/desktop for pagespeed with custom content added. Also use litespeed server plus cache, and throw a free cdn like clouflare for extra caching layer. though many users say cloudflare slows down your site, its true, but you need to tweak settings to make it fast.
