Just tested with 20 upvotes on a reddit comment,
After 5 minutes I received my votes BUT the comment is now visible only by my account. I'm the most liked comment, I see it when I'm logged, but in private browser or other computer, my comment is now invisible, so I think it's seen by Reddit, and quite useless then.

Same. I've tried this two separate times in the past month and none of the votes even go through. I'd love to have cheap 2 cent votes but I will be avoiding this service until they fix. They should be pausing their services instead of letting people spend credits on non-functional votes.
