Do you find X post with a link a good way for SEO?

X posts can help discovery faster, especially if the account is active and gets crawled regularly. I’d treat it as a supporting method, not a primary indexing strategy.
If I'll be an X account with 1,000 followers will it be better than completely new account as far as "indexing" is the topic?

Using X for indexing is honestly pretty hit or miss these days since most links there are nofollow, but it's still worth doing just to get those fresh pages crawled by google's bot. Just don't rely on it as your main strategy and focus more on quality content that people actually want to click on
