Is there any credit card processor that will tolerate a very high charge back rate?

I am looking for a credit card processor that will tolerate a high charge back rate. Say between 20% and 50% charge back rate. And they won't care about the contents of the site where they are being hosted. Does such a processor exist?

Not at this rate, but there are processors that will accept like up to 10%. but 50% is basically like running a scam/phishing website, I doubt any processor would accept
