Cheap way to generate skin tone changed image versions using AI ?

I have a project requirement where client want to get 5 skin tone variations of all the available model photoshoots. Skin hex colors are fixed. want something where i can put 1 base image and it gives me accurate skin tone verisons. Tried chatgpt but it gives me 1 by 1 generations. i have like 1000 images to make. tried google ai studio to build this app with paid tier gemini flash 3.1 but it costs me $0.13 per generation which is too high for the budget.

Any help ?

You can do it with Genfluence AI but I don't remember the cost per picture.
