I sent this guy $120 on April 16 to top up my balance. It took him 3-4 hours just to add $20, and even that didn’t go through properly because I couldn’t complete a payment of $11.


We agreed that he would add the remaining balance the following week. I waited the whole week, nothing happened. Then he said he had some issues and promised to fix everything by Tuesday the next week. Tuesday came, still nothing.


He kept asking for more time, and I kept waiting, but the remaining balance was never added. At this point, I asked for a refund. Now he says he’ll refund $50 on Saturday and the rest next week.


Honestly, I’ve already waited two weeks without being able to use anything from that card, so it’s frustrating to still be waiting for my money back.


The only positive thing is that he replies to messages and keeps promising a refund. I’m waiting to see if I actually receive the $50 on Saturday, I’ll update if that happens.

We have discussed this, what the issue is and how to solve it. Your order was delivered but top up was having issues of which I told you.
We have agreed on how you will get your refund and when you will get it. You didnt wait to receive the refund but rushed to drop a negative long messages.
Wait for your refund before complaining.
I lost money in this based on card creation and the rest but I didn't complain about it but still accepted to give you a full refund.
You dont want to wait and get your refund but choose to drop negative comments.
You will get your refund in full, I always make sure that none of my customers will have issue when they order from me.
Sorry that it went this way but be rest assured you will surely receive your full refund.

I have sent you the 1st $50 refund on Saturday as I said but you never come here to comment about it.
 
Solid service, all of the payments went through. The seller was also transparent about payments made (hence not using stolen cards). Recommend.
