how to thoroughly test proxies beyond ipfighter/whoer?

I bought proxies from a local provider, possibly a reseller, but they've been around for a while so I trust them fairly well. Before buying, they sent me two proxies to test, and when tested on whoer and ipfighter, both worked fine, with no detectability issues. But is that enough? Is there a way to test them more thoroughly? Because my budget is limited, i don't want to waste money unnecessarily.
 
You should also run the proxy on your actual use case for a few hours to see stability.
 
Things I usually check:
• run 50-100 requests through the proxy to see if the IP changes or drops
• check ASN and ISP consistency (some “residential” IPs are actually DC ranges)
• test on a real target site you plan to use (Google, Amazon, etc.)
• watch latency and connection errors for a few hours
 
Whoer/IPFighter is fine for a quick check, but it’s not the full picture. I would also make sure there are no DNS or WebRTC leaks, maybe check the IP’s reputation, and just use it normally for a few days. If it stays clean and stable over time, that’s usually the real test.
 
That's a good start, but not enough to conclude the proxy is good. You should test it further to be sure. You can use Scamalytics to check if the IP address is suspected by other systems. Check on Whoer to see if the real IP address is completely masked and not leaking through DNS or WebRTC. Then log in to your account and use it normally for browsing, liking and posting light content. Monitor it for a few days to see if you encounter any checkpoints or limits. If everything is fine and you don't receive any warnings, that proxy is trustworthy for long-term use

alot of residential proxies are just datacenter IPs with a clean score.pull the ASN to check if it belongs to a telecom or hosting company.

u can also check the IP against blacklists. some proxies can pass all the visual checks but get flagged because it had prior abuse reports

Best test is actually trying to create a dummy account on your target site and watching what happens at login. For baseline checks Scamalytics and ipqualityscore give free fraud scoring, but the real tell is the ASN — pull it through ipinfo.io, if you see M247, Datacamp, or any hosting company, the "residential" label is a lie regardless of what the checkers say.

How how can I run 50-100 request through proxy?
 
Those tools are useful, but they're only a first check. The best test is still using the proxies on the actual sites and workflows you care about. I've seen proxies score perfectly on checker sites and still perform poorly on real targets. If your budget is limited, start with a small package and test success rate, speed and stability before scaling up.
