Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to build some links for an affiliate/SaaS project, thinking to get some backlinks through guest posts.
For what I've seen, many guest post resellers are simply selling sites with no traffic, or placing links in PBNs.

If you are using guest post to get legitimate traffic, where could I get:

1. guest posts that brings organic traffic
2. Those giving contextual do follow links
3. Niche relevant guest blog post

I would really like to get insights based on your experience.

For legit guest posts, focus on niche blogs with real traffic. Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to check traffic and DA. Reach out to sites with engaged audiences, and make sure your content is high-quality and fits naturally. Smaller, niche-specific blogs often give better results than large, generic ones.

Skip resellers. Do manual outreach to niche blogs, pitch unique content, use digital PR, analyze competitors’ backlinks, and build relationships. Prioritize real traffic sites, relevance, and editorially placed ******** links.

Yeah, a lot of resellers push low-quality sites.

For real results, I’d skip marketplaces and do manual outreach. Find niche blogs that already rank and get traffic, then pitch them directly with useful content ideas.

Focus on relevance + real traffic pages, not just DA. Contextual ******** links usually come naturally if the site is legit.

Takes more effort, but much safer and better long term.

You walked right into it. People tell you to do manual outreach and get links naturally.
For me, it's the hardest part... finding reliable people who can actually provide what I need.
You have to understand that you can't buy a good guest post for $20.

Indexing definitely feels slower now. I’ve had better results using internal links and social signals instead of relying only on indexing tools.

totally agree with praetserge here. Everyone says "just do manual outreach", but nobody talks about how much of a grind it actually is.

If you want real traffic and legit sites, u have to spend time building actual relationships with owners. I’ve been doing this for quite a while, and the $20-50 links from resellers are almost always a waste of money in 2026.

The key is personalization. if ur pitch looks like a bot, u get ignored. Show them ur a real person, maybe even talk about something non-seo related to break the ice. it takes way more effort, but those links actually move the needle

Yeah, finding real guest posts is getting harder now. From what I’ve noticed, the ones that actually bring traffic are from sites with real audience and consistent content, not just high metrics. I try to check if the site ranks and gets organic traffic before placing anything. Are you vetting sites manually or using any tools for that?

You’re right, a lot of “guest post” sellers are just pushing PBN placements with zero real traffic.

If you want actual results (traffic + rankings), focus on outreach instead of marketplaces. Find niche blogs that already rank and have real audience engagement. Check their traffic with Ahrefs or SimilarWeb before pitching.

A few things that worked for me:

* Manually reaching out to niche site owners (much higher quality)
* Looking at competitors’ backlinks and contacting those same sites
* Avoiding bulk guest post packages — quality always beats quantity

It takes more effort, but you’ll get real contextual links + actual traffic instead of just metrics.

I’ve noticed the same-lots of guest post sellers pushing low-traffic sites that don’t really help. What worked better for me was finding niche blogs manually and checking if they actually rank and get traffic. It’s slower but feels more legit and brings better results over time. Are you checking traffic with tools first or relying on seller lists?

traffic guest posts = manual grind. search ur keywords, collect sites with real rankings, reach owners directly. avoid bulk sellers, most fake metrics. contextual d0follow comes easier when content fits their audience. start with mid tier blogs, build relationships, then scale slowly

Search for niche blogs ranking on Google, check their traffic, and reach out with a helpful guest post idea.
Focus on real sites with engaged readers, not link sellers, so your backlink actually brings traffic.

Best way is direct outreach to real sites in your niche instead of buying packages. Look for sites with real traffic and pitch useful content not just a link placement. Takes more time but those links actually bring value.

Focus on real niche-relevant blogs with organic traffic (not just DA lists), and prioritize editorial-style placements where your content actually adds value instead of pure link inserts. Building relationships with site owners or using trusted outreach platforms usually gives the most sustainable results.

Focus on outreach instead of shortcuts. Find relevant blogs in your niche pitch them useful topics and actually provide value in the content. building relationships with site owners works way better than buying random links. also consistency matters more than chasing only high DA sites

Target niche sites with real traffic, pitch value, and earn contextual links.

Getting good sites from resellers is a hard find. You need to research a lot.

Direct outreach however sometimes proves beneficial if you are looking for real niche sites with real traffic. try to find sites with traffic quality and good audience. You can do that with tools.

Best approach is to focus on real niche blogs with organic traffic and check their performance using tools like Ahrefs or Semrush before outreach or purchase.

Focus on niche-relevant sites with real organic traffic, not just high DA/DR metrics.
A legit guest post should help both SEO rankings and actual referral traffic.
I can share some quality guest post opportunities if you want.
