Hello guys,

I'm has ran a brand for Men's Health Sexual Niche on both Google and Meta. Kinda BH niche.
We scaled a massive spending on Youtube Ads on this January and immediately got Unacceptable Business Practice (UBP) flagged.

Then we have our Account Manager to make some changed and escalation so the UBP got lifted-up but immediately got another suspension by Circumventing System
Because during the suspension time, I tried to create some new ads account by using Agency Account. It run normally for a month then get banned also.

Anyone had this situation, any experience and advice can I seeking for it? Appreaciate your support !!
We have tried with different IP, email, domain, funnel, creative,v..v for new ads account but got banned for 3-5 days. Become more and more severely.

yeah bro for this niche its very sensitive so without cloaking its really hard to survive, most of accounts get flagged fast even if setup looks clean, but still cloaking alone not enough you need strong setup + good landing that looks compliant, otherwise still get hit after few days.

basically you can not expect the ad accounts will live long when you're running BH campaigns. no matter how you do cloaking and which ads content it is, Google will still detect it anyway. I think it's better for you to scale multiple accs at the same time and all accs need to pass verification requirements beforehand, aged accs are much better

System circumvention is common in that niche
You will be needing many accounts even with croaker

Sorry but if I was wrong, cloaking is restricted by Google. So it not a good for long-term right? We currently build a new website, domain, IP using antidetect-browsers, and using agency ads account to warm-up. Is that a good strategy?

yup but running BH especially Men's Health Sexual Niche that you mentioned, cloaking is a need. agency ads accs work, but not all agency ad accs work well lol, be careful to choose high quality ones

the strat is good but will not replace the function of the cloaker, you can't run those ads without a good cloaker setup. what product are u doing btw?

You will have to stop launching new accounts for now and work with the account manager to fully resolve the original issue and rebuild trust gradually. Once things are stable, scale carefully instead of pushing volume too fast again.

The Circumventing Systems flag is the worst one to get because it's entity-level, not account-level. Google has flagged your business, not just the ad account. That's why new accounts with different IPs and emails keep getting banned within days - they're pattern matching on your funnel, your domain, your payment methods, your business identity.

The agency account buying you a month was just because it took their system time to connect the dots. Once they did, same result.

To actually get out of this - you need to change everything that makes you "you" to Google. Different legal entity, different domain, different payment card, different landing page and funnel structure, different product angle. Not just surface level changes. If your new account leads to the same checkout page or same product, they'll find it.

The men's health sexual niche is heavily scrutinized on Google specifically, they have dedicated policy teams for it. Even legitimate brands in this space get flagged constantly. Some people in this niche have had success going through a compliant white-label front end that passes policy review, then retargeting with the actual offer.

This is great information. If all of the above was changed (domain, ip, legal entity, etc.) but the identity of the advertiser for verification (via passport, drivers license, etc) is that likely to flag the same circumventing systems issue?
